Jonathan founded disruptiveOps.com (formerly disruptiveOps) in 2012 as he recognized Agile “coaches” were focused on teams when they should have taken an organizational culture view. Since 2015, he has focused on yet another gap, tools that can provide leaders the insight they need so they can become disruptive to their markets.
Jonathan has 20+ years as a software engineer who has dedicated his ambitions and experiences to disruptiveOps.com. He thrives on providing advanced web-based tools to sustain realistic frameworks for his clients. His methods consist of innovative software approaches that are effective, authentic, and low investment.
Our cultural tenets of respecting individuals, leading by example, and our commitment to teamwork gives the opportunity for employees and contractors to work when and where they want. Hiring based on attitude, intelligence, and energy versus skill set provides a continual learning experience for our customers as well as for our company.
